Established faith-based organization seeks a permanent HR Administrative Director to oversee administrative and Human Resources processes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage internal HR processes, such as onboarding, benefits, and payroll.
- Maintain and update employee records on HR platforms.
- Handle general HR inquiries and requests.
- Maintain strong communication with vendors and insurance partners, updating contracts and agreements as needed.
- Comply with federal, state, and local regulations and update internal policies.
- Consult with legal counsel when necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate and create a positive work environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Ability to manage pressure and meet deadlines effectively.
- Demonstrated professionalism.
- Comprehensive understanding of common administrative and HR practices and procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience working in a Human Resources or Administrative role.
Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 per year.
