DC-based association seeks a permanent Office and Financial Manager to ensure smooth office operations by providing administrative, financial, and technical support.
Responsibilities:
- Handle invoices, expense reports, and tax filings.
- Maintain hard-copy filing system for important documents and reports.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and handle accommodations.
- Assist with meeting preparation by coordinating room reservations, audio-visual needs, and food and beverage requests.
- Manage company website and provide IT support as needed.
- Maintain technology and electronics used in office.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Highly organized and attentive to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Professional and positive attitude.
- Strong foresight and ability to anticipate needs.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, QuickBooks, and Zoom.
Requirements:
- At least five (5) years of office management experience.
- Ability to travel as needed.
Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 per year.
