Nonprofit association seeks a permanent Executive Assistant to provide administrative support for CEO.
Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with CEO to maintain awareness of upcoming commitments and support the execution of CEO-led initiatives and projects.
- Manage complex executive calendars and scheduling, including meeting preparation and coordination.
- Coordinate all travel and logistics, including transportation, lodging, itineraries, briefing materials, and expense management and reimbursement.
- Monitor and manage executive correspondence.
- Develop presentation materials, talking points, and PowerPoints.
- Coordinate planning and logistics for events and engagements, including virtual events and quarterly luncheons.
- Create and maintain organized filing systems, databases, spreadsheets, and tracking tools; monitor cross-departmental projects and follow up as needed.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Highly organized and attentive to detail.
- Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines effectively.
- Exemplary judgement and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing environments.
- Ability to effectively communicate with C-suite executives.
- Maintains strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience managing projects and events.
- Strong software skills and proficiency in MS Office applications, specifically MS Outlook.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience providing administrative support to executives.
Salary: $65,000 – 72,000 per year.
