Association seeks a temporary Executive Assistant to provide direct administrative support to the CEO.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain internal calendar and handle scheduling of meetings and appointments.
- Handle board meeting logistics.
- Coordinate travel arrangements.
- Provide additional administrative support to other members of the team as needed.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Highly organized and attentive to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong computer and software skills.
Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience.
- Previous experience supporting executives.
Rate: $22 per hour.
