Executive Assistant [7255]

Property management firm located in Fairfax County seeks a permanent Executive Assistant to provide direct administrative support to the President.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee scheduling and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Create pertinent documents such as presentations and reports.
  • Manage all communications via phone and maintain email inbox, sorting items by priority.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and ship and receive packages and materials.
  • Organize and file important documents.
  • Other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong initiative, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
  • Capable of meeting deadlines when given multiple competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated professionalism.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Highly organized and attentive to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Understanding of standard office policies and procedures.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

 Requirements:

  • Previous experience providing high-level administrative support to executives.  

Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 per year.
