Consulting group seeks a temp-to-perm Front Desk Administrative Assistant to provide clerical support and keep the office running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with scheduling, filing, and processing expense reports.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate individual or department.
- Greet office visitors and direct them to appropriate personnel.
- Collect and distribute incoming mail.
- Track inventory and ensure office is stocked and organized.
- Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Effectively manages and prioritizes tasks in a fast-paced working environment.
- Highly organized and attentive to detail.
- Professional and positive attitude.
- Strong computer and software skills.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in and administrative or office support role.
Rate: $20 per hour while temping.
Salary: $55,000 – 65,000 per year once permanent.
