Manager of CRM Operations [7116]

Nonprofit organization seeks a permanent Manager of CRM Operations to lead database administration and records management. 

Responsibilities:

  • Improve data lifecycle process and maintain CRM donor database by locating missing files, identifying duplicate records, ensuring overall data integrity.
  • Support data collection and ensure data is properly formatted in the system.
  • Develop SOPs relating to internal databases by establishing user permissions and naming conventions.
  • Assess current procedures and identify effective systems and reporting tools that improve database capabilities and reduce errors.
  • Produce bulk records and reports of pertinent information for review and analysis.
  • Balance funds, manage gift data and handle gift deposits.
  • Maintain relationships with software companies, vendors, and contractors.
  • Supervise onsite training for staff on database platforms, providing information on best practices, new features, and terminology.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

  • Excellent database management skills and experience with CRM systems such as Blackbaud’s Raiser’s Edge and NetSuite ERP software.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience with nonprofit CRM database management.
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed.

Salary:  $100,000 per year.
