Member Engagement Coordinator [1210]

Non-profit association seeks a temporary-to-permanent Member Engagement Coordinator to provide direct support to the member experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple shared email inboxes and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Ensure members have easy access to digital platforms and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Process member welcome kits, certification transcripts, and member documentation.
  • Support membership retention goals by coordinating outreach.
  • Process membership renewal payments and collaborate with accounting team to resolve payment issues.
  • Produce member documentation such as certification transcripts and transactional receipts.
  • Coordinate logistics for major and regional events.
  • Onboard and train new staff members.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated professionalism and polished phone manner.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to efficiently prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized and attentive to detail.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with C-suite executives and board directors.
  • Experience in customer service and member relations.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM system preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least two (2) years of professional working experience.
  • Experience in associations or professional member organizations preferred.
  • Background in corporate governance preferred.

Rate: $22 per hour while temping.

Salary: $55,500 – $60,500 per year once permanent.
