Membership Engagement Advisor [3346]

Nonprofit association seeks Membership Associate to independently manage a portfolio of members. Duties include onboarding new members, responding to inquiries, facilitating connections between members and staff, and generally enhancing membership experience.


  • Exceptional customer service skills and phone manner.
  • Ability to problem solve and efficiently prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM system preferred.
  • Experience with public speaking a plus.


  • Perform outreach to prospective members.
  • Keep up to date on news and events related to member interests.
  • Provide custom research as requested by members.
  • Establish relationships with C-Suite executives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant customer service or client management experience.


  • $60,000 per year + bonus.
