Nonprofit association seeks Membership Associate to independently manage a portfolio of members. Duties include onboarding new members, responding to inquiries, facilitating connections between members and staff, and generally enhancing membership experience.
- Exceptional customer service skills and phone manner.
- Ability to problem solve and efficiently prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM system preferred.
- Experience with public speaking a plus.
- Perform outreach to prospective members.
- Keep up to date on news and events related to member interests.
- Provide custom research as requested by members.
- Establish relationships with C-Suite executives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant customer service or client management experience.
- $60,000 per year + bonus.
