Nonprofit organization seeks a permanent Student Services Coordinator to provide support to association activities, scholarship programs, and student initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Produce member reports, prepare agendas, and take minutes for council meetings.
- Coordinate logistics for webinars by developing marketing strategies, managing registration, and distributing communication to participants.
- Develop monthly newsletter and create engaging social media content across multiple platforms.
- Address constituent inquiries and draft marketing communications related to designated programs.
- Develop networking opportunities and promote events.
- Record information in the internal database and regularly update entries.
- Assist with recruitment efforts by reviewing submissions and promoting applications.
- Onboard and offboard members.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Organized self-starter with the ability to effectively prioritize work in shifting environments.
- Ability to interact professionally with executives and senior management.
- Demonstrates a flexible and collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Customer-service oriented.
- Exercises good judgement given minimal direction.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and standard office procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least two (2) years of administrative experience.
- Previous experience working for an association or higher education organization preferred.
Salary: $58,000 – $64,000 per year.
