Part-Time Client Human Resources Services Manager [3826]

MD-based consulting firm seeks remote, part-time Client Human Resources Services Manager to provide human resources services approximately 10 hours a month. This role reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Responsibilities:

  • Address human resources needs for various clients.
  • Assist clients with employee relations and review federal, local, and state regulations.
  • Create social media content and write HR related blogs.
  • Manage recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes.
  • Manage employee benefits and assist with open enrollment process.
  • Create surveys and review findings with clients.
  • Assess clients’ internal processes and procedures and suggest improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Highly organized and attentive to detail.
  • Ability to meet deadlines effectively.
  • Adaptable and willing to learn.
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR policies and procedures.
  • Strong software skills and experience using Google Suite and Dropbox.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of prior human resources experience.
  • Must have experience working with California’s human resource practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification.

Salary: $40.00 – $50.00 per hour.
