DC-based association seeks a permanent Office and Financial Manager to ensure smooth office operations by providing administrative, financial, and technical support.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle invoices, expense reports, and tax filings.
  • Maintain hard-copy filing system for important documents and reports.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and handle accommodations.
  • Assist with meeting preparation by coordinating room reservations, audio-visual needs, and food and beverage requests.
  • Manage company website and provide IT support as needed.
  • Maintain technology and electronics used in office.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Highly organized and attentive to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Professional and positive attitude.
  • Strong foresight and ability to anticipate needs.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, QuickBooks, and Zoom.

Requirements:

  • At least five (5) years of office management experience.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 per year.
