Nonprofit association seeks a permanent Accreditation Operations Coordinator to provide database management, logistical support, and financial support for their programs.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain records and manage databases.
- Coordinate meeting logistics and materials.
- Prepare and release communications materials.
- Assist with financial management by preparing invoices and assisting with budgeting processes.
- Work with technology vendors.
- Other duties involved in the accreditation process.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Highly organized and attentive to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and database management tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least three (3) years of professional experience.
- Knowledge of accreditation and invoicing processes a plus.
Salary: $52,000 – $63,000 per year.
