Accreditation Operations Coordinator [4143]

Nonprofit association seeks a permanent Accreditation Operations Coordinator to provide database management, logistical support, and financial support for their programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain records and manage databases.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics and materials.
  • Prepare and release communications materials.
  • Assist with financial management by preparing invoices and assisting with budgeting processes.
  • Work with technology vendors.
  • Other duties involved in the accreditation process.

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized and attentive to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and database management tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • At least three (3) years of professional experience.
  • Knowledge of accreditation and invoicing processes a plus.

Salary: $52,000 – $63,000 per year.
