High-end DC specialty store seeks a temp-to-perm Greeter to support the client experience by providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and create an inviting presence.
- Direct clients to appropriate departments.
- Assist in managing appointments alongside sales associates.
- Receive packages and distribute supplies.
- Other tasks and duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to solve problems effectively and execute tasks in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Previous retail and customer service experience.
- Working schedule is Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
Rate: $18 per hour while temping.
Salary: $25 per hour once permanent.
