Membership and Program Coordinator [4294]

Health education nonprofit seeks a Membership and Program Coordinator to assist with a variety of tasks related to their professional membership services.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate member outreach initiatives related to products and sales.
  • Address member calls and emails, providing strong customer service.
  • Research industry trends for membership benefits and retention.
  • Track membership analytics and trends and report findings.
  • Support development and maintenance of conference websites.
  • Coordinate logistics of annual committees, conferences, and development programs.
  • Manage shipments and mailings.
  • Develop communications and marketing materials to increase membership awareness.
  • Provide project management support as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Highly collaborative and willing to work alongside staff, volunteers, and community partners.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong editing and report-writing skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage time effectively.
  • Exemplary judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of membership principles and procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and SharePoint.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree; master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a comparable role.
  • Ability to travel as required.
  • Must be able to lift 25 pounds or more.

Salary: $48,000 – $52,000
