Agricultural manufacturing company seeks a permanent Executive Assistant to provide high-level logistical and administrative support while overseeing HR processes.
Responsibilities:
- Input data into internal HR systems and ensure consistent implementation of HR policies.
- Update guidelines and company handbook, ensuring compliance with and adherence to labor laws and regulations.
- Create pertinent documents such as presentations, reports, job descriptions, and organizational charts.
- Handle domestic and international travel logistics and coordinate company workshops and events.
- Maintain internal calendar and handle all internal and external scheduling.
- Provide project management support by tracking deliverables and deadlines.
- Process invoices and travel expense reports.
- Process mail and maintain filing systems.
- Other administrative and HR responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Experience handling both domestic and international travel logistics.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated professionalism.
- Meets deadlines when given multiple competing priorities.
- Exercises good judgment given minimal direction.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong adherence to company mission and standards.
- Understanding of a wide range of HR practices and strategies.
- Strong software and computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience working in an international business environment.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
Salary: $80,000 per year.
