Nonprofit association seeks Accreditation Operations Coordinator to provide database management, logistical support, and financial support for their programs.
Qualifications:
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Ability to multitask.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Two (2) years of comparable experience in administrative role.
- Knowledge of accreditation preferred.
- Ability to process invoices.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate meeting logistics and materials.
- Navigate and troubleshoot data systems.
- Maintain records and manage databases.
- Work with vendors.
- Assist with financial management.
- Other duties involved in the accreditation process.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Access.
- Experience with data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong computer, editing, and customer service skills.
- Experience in office support.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
Salary:
- $50,000-$55,000 per year.
