Accreditation Operations Coordinator [3279]

Nonprofit association seeks Accreditation Operations Coordinator to provide database management, logistical support, and financial support for their programs.

Qualifications:

  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Two (2) years of comparable experience in administrative role.
  • Knowledge of accreditation preferred.
  • Ability to process invoices.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate meeting logistics and materials.
  • Navigate and troubleshoot data systems.
  • Maintain records and manage databases.
  • Work with vendors.
  • Assist with financial management.
  • Other duties involved in the accreditation process.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Access.
  • Experience with data extraction and manipulation.
  • Strong computer, editing, and customer service skills.
  • Experience in office support.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

Salary:

  • $50,000-$55,000 per year.
