Administrative Assistant [4146]

DC-based association seeks a temp to perm Administrative Assistant to provide strong administrative support for the Government Relations Department.

Responsibilities:     

  • Assist with financial management by processing expense reports and handling reimbursements.
  • Schedule meetings and maintain internal calendar.
  • Draft and edit documents as needed.
  • Other administrative tasks and duties as assigned.
  • Back up to the executive assistant.

Qualifications:

  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Solid computer and software skills.

Requirements:

  • Previous administrative experience.

Rate: $22 per hour while temping.

Salary: $60,000 – $65,000 once permanent.
