HR Administrative Director [3825]

Established faith-based organization seeks a permanent HR Administrative Director to oversee administrative and Human Resources processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage internal HR processes, such as onboarding, benefits, and payroll.
  • Maintain and update employee records on HR platforms.
  • Handle general HR inquiries and requests.
  • Maintain strong communication with vendors and insurance partners, updating contracts and agreements as needed.
  • Comply with federal, state, and local regulations and update internal policies.
  • Consult with legal counsel when necessary.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and create a positive work environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to manage pressure and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Demonstrated professionalism.
  • Comprehensive understanding of common administrative and HR practices and procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience working in a Human Resources or Administrative role.

Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 per year.
