Company representing labor unions seeks a temp-to-hire Administrative Media Assistant to support the office and manage media content.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with logistics and preparation of meetings, conferences, and special events.
- Schedule travel for the staff.
- Answer phone calls and emails.
- Create marketing materials.
- Update the website and maintain content.
- Support the Directors with administrative tasks.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Fluency in Spanish preferred but not required.
Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Office applications and Adobe Acrobat Pro. Knowledge of Intuit QuickBooks preferred.
Rate: $21 per hour
Salary: $58,000-$63,000 per year once permanent
