Administrative Media Assistant [3478]

Company representing labor unions seeks a temp-to-hire Administrative Media Assistant to support the office and manage media content.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with logistics and preparation of meetings, conferences, and special events.
  • Schedule travel for the staff.
  • Answer phone calls and emails.
  • Create marketing materials.
  • Update the website and maintain content.
  • Support the Directors with administrative tasks.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Fluency in Spanish preferred but not required.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Adobe Acrobat Pro. Knowledge of Intuit QuickBooks preferred.

Rate: $21 per hour

Salary: $58,000-$63,000 per year once permanent
