Commercial Assistant Property Manager [3913]

Property management company seeks temporary Commercial Assistant Property Manager to ensure efficient building operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls from tenants and respond to any inquiries regarding the property.
  • Perform routine checkups on property amenities.
  • Prepare conference rooms and handle event logistics.
  • Manage construction and insurance documents.
  • Maintain strong communication with staff, tenant, and vendors.
  • Assist with company finances by establishing and reviewing the annual budget.
  • Assist with tenant renewals and lease abstracts.
  • Prepare and review invoices for tenants.
  • Assist with the tenant move-out process.
  • Other management and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Customer service-oriented
  • Highly organized and attentive to detail.
  • Strong time management and prioritization abilities.
  • Strong math and reading skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applicants and property management software.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Must have previous property management experience.
  • Ability to perform on-site functions and sit for prolonged periods of time.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Previous office experience.

Rate: $22 per hour.

Salary: $65,000 per year once permanent.
