Communications and Web Assistant [4196]

Nonprofit working at the forefront of healthcare education seeks a permanent Communications and Web Assistant to support departmental tasks and projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Edit and update company website.
  • Develop content for company website.
  • Distribute promotional materials.
  • Maintain inventory of publications and update publications as needed.
  • Assist with conference logistics by coordinating exhibit materials for shipments.
  • Respond to inquiries and prepare correspondence.
  • Provide phone support as needed.
  • Other communications and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Strong editing and proofreading skills.
  • Demonstrates a flexible and collaborative approach to teamwork.
  • Familiarity with standard office equipment and office procedures.
  • Demonstrated experience in website management and maintenance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, HTML, and design software.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • At least two (2) years of experience, which can include internships.

Salary: $50,000 – $53,000 per year.
