DC-based association seeks a temp-to-perm Education Administrative Assistant to support educational programs and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver content and resources.
- Track course enrollment and participation in online platforms.
- Update course content and ensure accessibility of resources.
- Coordinate logistics of educational programs, such as workshops and online courses.
- Respond to inquiries from members and troubleshoot issues with course access.
- Track data and compile reports and survey responses.
- Schedule meetings and webinars.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Strong writing and editing skills.
- Highly organized and attentive to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong prioritization and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and virtual meeting platforms, such as Zoom.
Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience.
Rate: $20 per hour while temping.
Salary: $55,000 – $57,000 once permanent.
