Education Administrative Assistant [4351]

DC-based association seeks a temp-to-perm Education Administrative Assistant to support educational programs and initiatives. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver content and resources. 
  • Track course enrollment and participation in online platforms. 
  • Update course content and ensure accessibility of resources. 
  • Coordinate logistics of educational programs, such as workshops and online courses.
  • Respond to inquiries from members and troubleshoot issues with course access.
  • Track data and compile reports and survey responses.
  • Schedule meetings and webinars. 
  • Other responsibilities as assigned. 

Qualifications:

  • Strong writing and editing skills. 
  • Highly organized and attentive to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and virtual meeting platforms, such as Zoom.

Requirements:

  • Previous administrative experience. 

Rate: $20 per hour while temping.

Salary: $55,000 – $57,000 once permanent.
