Financial institution seeks permanent Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and managerial support for busy CEO.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage internal calendar and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Answer and screen incoming phone calls and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
  • Manage administrative assistant team.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Assist with financial management by processing expense reports.
  • Collect data and prepare business reports.
  • Prepare presentations and correspondence.
  • Purchase and distribute gifts for clients.
  • Attend meetings and events as requested.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business.
  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience supporting high-level executives.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.

Salary: $110,000 – $125,000 per year.
