Executive Assistant/Board Liaison [4082]

Longstanding health advocacy organization seeks a permanent Executive Assistant to provide logistical and administrative support to the executive team and board members.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee scheduling, coordinate travel arrangements, and process expense reports for President and CEO.
  • Coordinate board meeting logistics by taking minutes and preparing materials, such as presentations, reports, and agendas.
  • Handle board communication and act as the liaison between board members.
  • Maintain contact information and board distribution lists. Update documents and forms as needed.
  • Assist with project management by establishing deadlines and coordinating deliverables.
  • Attend meetings and events as required.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong research, analytical, and proofreading skills.
  • Strong initiative, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized and attentive to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to meet deadlines when given multiple competing priorities.
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
  • Familiarity with general administrative tasks, such as scheduling and coordinating logistics.
  • Strong software and computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Graduate degree preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience working with board members and executives.

Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 per year.
