Leasing & Marketing Agent [2410]

Residential property management company based in McLean, VA seeks a Leasing Agent to assist with the tenant leasing process. This role operates remotely between various properties in the DMV area (must be local).

Responsibilities:

• Arrange apartment visits, conduct property showings, and lease rental units.
• Evaluate condition of units and prepare for tenant move in.
• Address tenant inquiries regarding rental units.
• Establish strong relationship with prospective and current residents.
• Assist in implementation and development of advertisements and special promotions.
• Prepare market survey and track responses.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
