Marketing Associate [3803]

Non-profit association seeks temp to perm Marketing Associate to support the member experience through assisting with marketing and communication efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Create and implement marketing strategies and communication plans. Focus on strengthening member engagement and retention, increasing benefit awareness, and meeting sales goals through marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with different departments across the organization to identify and launch resources.
• Develop membership marketing initiatives via websites and social media platforms.
• Identify pertinent trends and provide suggestions for improvement based on findings.
• Assist with project management by establishing deadlines and coordinating deliverables.
• Manage marketing budget and internal expenses.
• Assist with event marketing.
• Other tasks as assigned.

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Highly organized and attentive to detail.
• Demonstrates a flexible and collaborative approach to teamwork.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong project management skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage time, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office applications and Salesforce.
• Familiarity with content management systems and HTML.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Business.
• At least three (3) years of experience in Marketing or Communications.
• Familiarity with corporate governance and experience communicating with C-level executives.

Rate: $22.00 per hour while temping.

Salary: $62,000-$65,000 per year once permanent.
