Nonprofit working at the forefront of healthcare education seeks a permanent Marketing & Outreach Manager to develop and oversee marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with content developers to strengthen company’s online presence and increase visibility.
- Increase member participation and retention.
- Maintain and update online platforms and marketing materials.
- Implement marketing strategies for events by creating and disseminating webinars and blogs.
- Maintain internal event calendar.
- Lead departmental projects and objectives.
- Identify and track important social media metrics.
Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Highly organized and attentive to detail.
- Demonstrates a flexible and collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Experience proactively problem-solving.
- Excellent time management and prioritizing skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, website management platforms, and admissions software.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications or marketing preferred.
- At least three (3) years of administrative experience.
- Previous experience working for an association or higher education organization preferred.
Salary: $60,000 – $78,000 per year.
