Marketing & Outreach Manager [4131]

Nonprofit working at the forefront of healthcare education seeks a permanent Marketing & Outreach Manager to develop and oversee marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with content developers to strengthen company’s online presence and increase visibility.
  • Increase member participation and retention.
  • Maintain and update online platforms and marketing materials.
  • Implement marketing strategies for events by creating and disseminating webinars and blogs.
  • Maintain internal event calendar.
  • Lead departmental projects and objectives.
  • Identify and track important social media metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Highly organized and attentive to detail.
  • Demonstrates a flexible and collaborative approach to teamwork.
  • Experience proactively problem-solving.
  • Excellent time management and prioritizing skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, website management platforms, and admissions software.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications or marketing preferred.
  • At least three (3) years of administrative experience.
  • Previous experience working for an association or higher education organization preferred.

Salary: $60,000 – $78,000 per year.
