MD-based consulting firm seeks remote, part-time Client Human Resources Services Manager to provide human resources services approximately 10 hours a month. This role reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Responsibilities:
- Address human resources needs for various clients.
- Assist clients with employee relations and review federal, local, and state regulations.
- Create social media content and write HR related blogs.
- Manage recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes.
- Manage employee benefits and assist with open enrollment process.
- Create surveys and review findings with clients.
- Assess clients’ internal processes and procedures and suggest improvements.
Qualifications:
- Highly organized and attentive to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines effectively.
- Adaptable and willing to learn.
- Comprehensive understanding of HR policies and procedures.
- Strong software skills and experience using Google Suite and Dropbox.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of prior human resources experience.
- Must have experience working with California’s human resource practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification.
Salary: $40.00 – $50.00 per hour.
