Program Assistant [1421]

Nonprofit working at the forefront of healthcare education seeks a permanent, part-time Program Assistant to provide administrative and programmatic support starting on Monday, June 16th.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle scheduling and coordinate meeting logistics.
  • Prepare meeting materials and take meeting minutes. 
  • Draft email correspondence and external communications.
  • Provide project management support by establishing deadlines and updating project status. 
  • Provide technical assistance and manage video conferencing platforms.  
  • Gather questions and evaluations from workshops and webinars.
  • Ensure timely response of emails and phone calls.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Sound judgment and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Demonstrates a flexible and collaborative approach to teamwork.
  • Familiarity with standard office equipment and administrative procedures.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • At least three (3) years of administrative experience.

Rate: $22.00 per hour.
