Nonprofit working at the forefront of healthcare education seeks a permanent, part-time Program Assistant to provide administrative and programmatic support starting on Monday, June 16th.
Responsibilities:
- Handle scheduling and coordinate meeting logistics.
- Prepare meeting materials and take meeting minutes.
- Draft email correspondence and external communications.
- Provide project management support by establishing deadlines and updating project status.
- Provide technical assistance and manage video conferencing platforms.
- Gather questions and evaluations from workshops and webinars.
- Ensure timely response of emails and phone calls.
Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Sound judgment and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Demonstrates a flexible and collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Familiarity with standard office equipment and administrative procedures.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- At least three (3) years of administrative experience.
Rate: $22.00 per hour.
