Fortune 500 property management firm seeks temp to perm Property Assistant to provide tenant and property support for the Tysons, Virginia office.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service to all tenants, clients, contractors, and vendors.
- Answer phone calls from tenants and respond to inquiries regarding the property.
- Prepare correspondence to tenants as directed by managers.
- Coordinate meetings and events for clients and tenants.
- Maintain and distribute all necessary tenant documents and information.
- Check e-mails and ensure time-sensitive information is attended to.
- Handle all mail and packages.
- Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
- Maintain communal spaces and amenities.
- Handle tenant move-in and move-out process, ensuring arrangements are made and proper authorizations and documents are obtained.
- Provide general administrative support to managers.
- Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Highly organized and attentive to detail.
- Demonstrated professionalism.
- Ability to manage pressure and multitask effectively.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements:
- Previous property management experience.
Rate: $22.00 per hour while temping.
Salary: $65,000 per year once permanent.
