Residential property management company located in McLean, VA seeks a permanent Property Manager to provide both administrative and tenant-facing support. This role reports to the Director of Asset Management.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Establish relationships with tenants and respond to inquiries.
- Maintain property files and records.
- Assist with rental and lease application processes.
- Act as a supervisor to onsite managers and leasing personnel.
- Oversee maintenance team and create and track work orders for maintenance requests.
- Provide project management support on special projects.
- Support advertising and marketing efforts.
- Perform other general administrative and operational tasks.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Highly organized and attentive to detail.
- Customer-service oriented.
- Demonstrated professionalism.
- Flexible and collaborative approach to teamwork.
Requirements:
- Minimum of five years of property management experience.
- Minimum of one year of managerial experience.
- Experience managing several buildings (either residential or commercial) and units.
Salary: $75,000 per year.
