School Program Manager [4138]

Established faith-based organization seeks a permanent School Program Manager to coordinate logistics and daily operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage employees’ schedules and maintain internal calendar.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate department and personnel.
  • Welcome and greet visitors.
  • Assist with finances by tracking expenses and processing payroll.
  • Handle correspondence by preparing and editing memos, emails, and reports.
  • Track inventory and order supplies as necessary.
  • Handle maintenance and security requests.
  • Assist with HR tasks by training new staff members and collecting personnel information.
  • Maintain physical and hard-copy filing systems.
  • Provide support for special projects.
  • Other tasks and duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage pressure and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments.
  • Highly organized and attentive to detail.
  • Strong judgment and problem-solving abilities.

Requirements:

  • Previous administrative experience.

Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 per year.
