Established faith-based organization seeks a permanent School Program Manager to coordinate logistics and daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage employees’ schedules and maintain internal calendar.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate department and personnel.
- Welcome and greet visitors.
- Assist with finances by tracking expenses and processing payroll.
- Handle correspondence by preparing and editing memos, emails, and reports.
- Track inventory and order supplies as necessary.
- Handle maintenance and security requests.
- Assist with HR tasks by training new staff members and collecting personnel information.
- Maintain physical and hard-copy filing systems.
- Provide support for special projects.
- Other tasks and duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to manage pressure and meet deadlines effectively.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments.
- Highly organized and attentive to detail.
- Strong judgment and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to collaborate and create a positive work environment.
- Strong proofreading and editing skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience.
Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 per year.
