Established in 1972, Whitman Associates, Inc. specializes in the search and placement of office support personnel in the DMV area. We are currently looking for staff to provide administrative support throughout the upcoming Summer.


  • Answer phone calls and greet visitors.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and filing documents.
  • Generate reports and draft correspondence.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and shipments.
  • Maintain office space and ensure smooth office operations.
  • Handle registration tasks for events and conferences.


  • Candidates should be flexible, detail-oriented, and have outstanding communication and organizational skills.
  • Candidates who are able to work throughout the summer and have the ability and enthusiasm to excel at any level are welcome.

Rate: competitive hourly wage offered
