- High proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel.
- Experience in CRM systems helpful, specifically Salesforce.
- Background in finance preferred.
- Aid in processing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Code data into QuickBooks.
- Track payments, credit card transactions, and reconciliations.
- Assist with month-end and quarter-end close.
- Handle incoming mail, e-mails, and phone inquiries.
- Provide scheduling and meeting support to senior staff.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and processing.
