Property Administrative Assistant [4063]

Property management firm seeks a temp to perm Property Administrative Assistant to provide tenant and property support for the Tysons Corner office.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle conference room reservations.
  • Coordinate meetings and events for clients and tenants.
  • Answer phone calls from tenants and respond to inquiries.
  • Check e-mails and ensure time-sensitive information is attended to.
  • Maintain communal spaces and amenities.
  • Provide general administrative support to managers.
  • Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Highly organized and attentive to detail.
  • Demonstrated professionalism.
  • Friendly and positive attitude.

Requirements:

  • Previous administrative experience preferred.

Rate: $22.00 per hour while temping.

Salary: $55,000 per year once permanent.
