Nonprofit organization supporting healthcare research seeks a permanent Exhibits & Meeting Coordinator to handle exhibition sales, sponsorships, and meeting logistics.
Responsibilities:
- Establish exhibit and sponsorship sales goals.
- Research and select exhibit hall vendors.
- Assist with financial management by issuing and processing invoices.
- Handle event logistics by coordinating booth assignments, managing room setup, and arranging catering.
- Create and develop pertinent documents, such as brochures and floorplans.
- Manage online databases and generate reports for meetings.
- Process all exhibitor requests as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Highly organized and attentive to detail.

- Highly productive and mission driven.
- Create and flexible approach to work.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of three years of experience in exhibit sales or operations.
- Experience working in a nonprofit organization preferred.
- Ability to travel as needed.
Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 per year.
