Administrative Assistant [6543]

Nonprofit association seeks a temporary Administrative Assistant to support the Governance and Leadership Strategy department.
Responsibilities:
  • Schedule meetings and maintain internal calendar.
  • Assist with conference logistics.
  • Provide board meeting support by editing board communications and developing pertinent documents such as presentation, memos, and survey.
  • Review and process expense reimbursements
  • Other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional and positive attitude.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong computer and software skills.

Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative support role.
Rate: $20 per hour.
