Nonprofit association seeks a temporary Administrative Assistant to support the Governance and Leadership Strategy department.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule meetings and maintain internal calendar.
- Assist with conference logistics.
- Provide board meeting support by editing board communications and developing pertinent documents such as presentation, memos, and survey.
- Review and process expense reimbursements
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional and positive attitude.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer and software skills.
Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative support role.
Rate: $20 per hour.
