Operations Manager [5246]

Nonprofit organization seeks a permanent Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations across the association, improving efficiency and ensuring effective use of time and resources.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage contracts, billing, and vendor relationships, including serving as liaison for IT and business accounts.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve standard operating procedures and internal documentation.
  • Coordinate internal meetings, monthly updates, and staff communications.
  • Maintain key organizational tools and compliance requirements, including the operational calendar, nonprofit registrations, and tax-exempt filings.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including gift processing and shipments.
  • Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, and applications.
  • Maintain IT inventory, including asset tracking and onboarding/offboarding setup.
  • Administer cybersecurity training and support internal IT communications, policies, and updates.
  • Manage office inventory and procurement.
  • Schedule routine and emergency facility and equipment maintenance.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proactive problem-solver with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Demonstrates discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in office or operations management, preferably in a nonprofit organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Salary: $85,000 – $90,000 per year.
