Paloma Rosario Estess graduated from SUNY New Paltz, earning degrees in Environmental Studies and Creative Writing. After graduating, Paloma returned to NYC where she worked as an Environmental Educator for organizations like the Wildlife Conservation Society, the Brooklyn Botanic Garden, and City Parks Foundation.
At the end of June, Paloma moved to DC where she is hoping to build a career focused on sustainability and green urban living. One day, she hopes to open her own zero-waste retail shop, focusing on refillable and plastic-free products.
Outside of work, you can find Paloma at her favorite D.C. coffee shop Doubles, attending open-mic nights, and spending time with her family (including her cat, Allie!).
